New Adventures

Abstract

I have always enjoyed staying abroad for some time and did so heavily in the past - I worked or studies already in Spain, Austria, UK, South Korea and Ireland. Since summer 2024, I added a new country to my list and we moved as a family to the Republic of Moldova. Why? My motivation is mainly of private nature. It gives me the oportunity to refresh my Russian and reflect on my origins which are in the former Soviet Union. Arriving here, I also recognise how little we know about the world around us. I knew little before coming here and encountered a vibrant place, rich of contrast between wealth and poor and a strong desire to catch up with the technologial breakthroughs within the worlds.
